CHILDCARE RATES:

0 – 2 years $285.00……….Daily Rate $71.00
2 – 3 years $275.00……….Daily Rate $68.00
3 – 4 years $265.00……….Daily Rate $66.00
4 – 5 years $255.00……….Daily Rate $64.00
5 – 12 years $245.00……….Daily Rate $62.00

Before and After School Care for children in full day school

0-2 hours daily $26.50
2-4 hours daily $33.50
4-5 hours daily $42.50
5 or more hours daily will be charged the daily rate

Children in ½ day school such as 4K and 5K in attendance 5 hours or more, would be charged the daily rate
Before/After school rates only apply when school is in session.

Other Fees and Information

If at any time during the calendar year you use before and after school rates, you will not be eligible for vacation days or the multi-child discount. Children in attendance more than 27 hours per week will be charged the weekly rate.

Registration Fee: $75 per family, $50 per child, $25 for summer care only – billed upon enrollment and annually on January 1st (non-refundable).
Rate for extra hours or drop-in care: $85 per day
Fee for late pick up of a child: $25 per 30 minute interval per child or $25 after 6pm or both, if applicable.

Part-time and school clients will be required to pay for the number of days scheduled per week regardless of attendance. This includes being closed for holidays.
Part-time clients opting for one day a week will be considered “Drop-In” and pay the drop-in rate.

There will be a 15% reduction for two or more full time children in attendance, only if children are
full time year round and it will apply to the oldest child’s rate or oldest two if there are three or more children enrolled.

Fee for late payment: Fees are to be paid in advance on Friday for the following week’s services.
If a payment is not received by Friday, $25 per day will be charged for each day payment is not made. If a portion of the fee will be paid by a third party, such as an employer or the county, that payment will be accepted on a pre-arranged schedule coordinated with the Administrator.

Fee for non-sufficient funds (NSF) or overdrafts: There will be a $35 NSF fee for insufficient funds or overdrafts. If at any time a second NSF occurs from the same family, Little Inspirations will only accept cash, cashiers check or money order and may terminate care immediately if so chooses. Little Inspirations will charge for any attorney fees or collection fees involved in the collection of a delinquent payment.
